About the role

They're the architects of our success, identifying and recruiting elite athletes who are strategically positioned for victory.

We're looking for a Talent Researcher to join the Executive Recruitment team and elevate our sourcing strategies to new heights. An excellent communicator with an exceptional understanding of people dynamics, who'll be instrumental in crafting and nurturing talent pipelines that fuel our growth. Your primary objective will be to attract and secure the world's top A-Players for Revolut.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and implementing sourcing strategies for global leadership roles
  • Developing talent pipelines and executing tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing strategies
  • Identifying and engaging with candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
  • Leveraging data to drive decision-making throughout the recruitment process
  • Working closely with recruiters and executive-level stakeholders to help optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging data and market insights
  • Cultivating a deep understanding of executive-level competencies, market dynamics, and best practices in executive recruitment

What you'll need

  • Agency or relevant in-house experience sourcing top-of-the-market executive talent for financial services or technology
  • A deep understanding of the financial services hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets
  • The ability to provide a best-in-class experience to our candidates and communicate effectively throughout the recruitment process
  • A results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent for niche leadership positions
  • Prioritisation skills to swiftly navigate through competing demands and take appropriate, decisive action
  • Passion for problem-solving, particularly when it involves working with data to inform both strategic and tactical decision-making
