We are seeking a dynamic Talent Resource Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organisation in Germany and the UK. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.


What the role involves:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to identify qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, educational institutions, and professional organisations.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and efficient transition into the company.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees are well-informed about company policies, culture, and benefits.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by participating in career fairs, networking events, and online recruitment activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation in the job market.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in German language/written.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional travel may be required for career fairs, networking events, or meetings.
