Strategic Growth Director -Nuclear & Power EMEA
This company is seeking a Strategic Growth Director to join their Nuclear & Power EMEA leadership team. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and work closely with Market Directors, Client Account Managers, work winning functions, external partners, suppliers, and clients to achieve the company's growth objectives and strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thinks differently, acts smart and finds new ways to approach things.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on long term growth strategies, plans and develop strategic pipeline.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic client relationships, partner alliances as well as Government and industry relations.
  • Develop new markets and/or geographies within the Nuclear & Power EMEA sector.
  • Lead on investment cases, investment planning and support inorganic growth.
  • Own the market research, competitor intelligence and analysis.
  • Oversee the strategic bid team.
Requirements
  • Proven delivery through big strategic thinking (initiatives >£50m CAD).
  • Evidence of strong business growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Evidence of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Nuclear & Power EMEA sector experiance
