Role Overview


The Account Director role, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, is critical to the ongoing success and future growth of the business. This role focuses on growing and retaining existing clients, ensuring contract renewals, and driving overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers, Account Managers, and Desk Based Account Managers.
  • Oversee the delivery of growth from existing accounts through new sites and upselling products/services.
  • Ensure the retention of the current client portfolio.
  • Drive pipeline growth by maintaining high activity levels within the team to meet ROI expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and lead large customer conversations.
  • Set and uphold high standards for team interactions with customers.
  • Liaise with other teams and senior stakeholders to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.

What is on offer?


A basic salary of £60,000

OTE earning of £80,000
