We have a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts and Commercial Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, reporting into the Head of IT Governance and Security.
As the Contracts and Commercial Manager you will be responsible for leading the commercial negotiation and contractual aspects of IT’s delivery, including driving commercial efficiencies from current suppliers, close liaison with portfolio delivery teams for new services and defining tender requirements for all supplier engagements. Ability to develop and define Service Levels, KPI’s and Schedules to reflect onboarding of new services and amend and retire old services.
Service contract renewal process expertise and skills in reviewing commercial proposals to ensure alignment to business requirements.
Ability to design and deliver accurate commercial reporting against all elements of service delivery so that information is available to key stakeholders and IT senior management.
Strong understanding of IT Service Delivery and specialist knowledge of the interaction between service, cost, quality and service-levels.
Excellent communication skills and full multi-level stakeholder management.
