Pixcell.io is a London-based HubSpot-Certified Partner Agency that specialises in HubSpot consultancy, RevOps, onboarding and migration, automation of sales and marketing workflows, website CMS, and custom reports. Working with SMEs on a subscription-based model, Pixcell.io helps companies optimise their sales and marketing funnels, automate manual workflows, and improve overall HubSpot CRM efficiency. Our mission is to empower our clients' HubSpot CRM by aligning their people, processes, and technology to work towards a united goal.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Success and Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of HubSpot CRM solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is essential, with demonstrated experience in leveraging HubSpot tools and features to deliver value to clients. HubSpot certifications are highly desired.
  • 2+ years of experience in client success management and business development, preferably in a HubSpot CRM agency or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting and speaking with clients
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and identify opportunities to leverage HubSpot CRM solutions to achieve them.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities for client acquisition and expansion.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of HubSpot CRM solutions to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects, including implementation, training, and ongoing support.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or challenges to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to HubSpot CRM.
