They are dedicated to enhancing transparency and accountability as the industry transitions towards sustainable aviation. With a strong presence among key market participants, this organization is expanding its offerings beyond news to include innovative data and analytics solutions. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to contribute to this mission and drive the industry forward by fostering transparency and meeting evolving industry demands.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and main strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand customers' business objectives, challenges, and pain points to effectively articulate the value proposition of products/services.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, providing feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and service enhancements.
  • Analyse customer usage data and metrics to track product adoption, identify trends, and drive insights for product improvement and customer success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upsell and expansion within existing accounts and work with Sales to execute growth strategies.
