Company Overview - Business Services Team Leader
Our Client are currently looking for a Business Services Team Leader to oversee their highly valued team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This company are key players within their industry and have worked hard to build a strong reputable brand that is continuing to go from strength to strength.
Business Services Team Leader Role and Responsibilities:
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of a department that offers administrative support to customers requiring reactive, remedial and planned maintenance works. This will be for a range of clients but will predominantly local authority.
Offer support, upskilling and training when required
Set performance targets
Manage staff holidays and sickness
Business Services Team Leader Skills and Experience :
Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience within a service delivery role
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and database management
Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers
