Location - Field Based with travel across the South.Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 per Annum, plus a performance - based bonusContract: PermanentHours: 42.5 hours per week
Are you an accomplished Leader with proven experience in managing a high performing sales team? We're looking for a dynamic and results-orientated Area Sales Manager to join us and lead a team to drive new business growth across the South of UK.
Joining us as an Area Sales Manager, you'll be leading a team of New Business Managers at the forefront of our expansion efforts, responsible for identifying and pursuing multi-million-pound new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships to provide consultative, integrated mobility solutions to deliver value to our customers.
Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing a sales team that mirrors your commitment to succeed. By cultivating a culture of achievement and collaboration, you will ensure that targets are not just met but surpassed. Innovation will be your guiding principle as you drive team productivity and revenue through cutting-edge strategies and best practices. You won't just stand on the side-lines; you'll dive into the action, supporting your team in crafting proposals, delivering presentations, and attending key customer meetings. Your analytical prowess will shine as you meticulously analyse sales reports, uncovering insights and devising strategic plans.
What's in it for you?
Salary- GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 depending on experience, plus a fantastic performance-based bonus and Company Car / Car Allowance.
Annual leave - 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you'll have public holidays too and we'll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday

About you
- You bring a wealth of experience as a Sales Leader. An understanding of vehicle rental/ contract hire/ leasing/ vehicle funding would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Your knowledge extends beyond the surface, enabling you to navigate technical conversations with ease.
- Leadership comes naturally to you. Your communication skills are second to none and you can adapt your leadership style to various environments, always steering your team towards positive outcomes.
- Your track record speaks for itself. You've proven your ability to influence and negotiate effectively, coupled with exceptional planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
