The Role and the Next Step in Your Career Journey
If you’re ready for a new challenge we’re looking for an Administration Assistant to help us take our Company Secretarial team to the next level. We will value and listen to your ideas to help the team succeed; we are of a size where you personally can make a difference to the way we do things.
Your responsibilities will be assisting the team of 3 with all their administrative needs, reporting into the Head of Co Sec. This will include:
- Incorporation of UK companies
- Preparing inaugural board minutes and supporting documentation for review by a senior team member
- Monitoring of annual statutory filings
- Proactively dealing with preparing and filing of CS01s and ensures completed on time
- Maintenance of statutory records
- Update / maintenance of data management systems
- Monitors the mailbox, proactively picks up emails on matters engaged to work on.
To be successful in this Administration Assistant role in our Company Secretary team you will need to have:
- At least 3-5 years experience in an administrative role within a professional sector
- A genuine interest in company secretarial law and practice.
- Professional outlook, good work ethics and attention to detail.
- Proactively offers help to colleagues when they are very busy.
- Helps ensure good communication for efficient teamworking when peaks and troughs of workload are identified so that work is allocated cross the wider team in the most efficient manner.
The Benefits
FLB offer a competitive starting salary and a range of generous benefits including:
- 6 months probationary period with flexibility on satisfactory performance after 3 months to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home and be eligible for the training agreement, private medical and pension scheme
- Flexible start time between 8am and 10am with a 7.5hr working day.
- 25 days holiday increasing by one day per years’ service up to a maximum of 30 days and ability to purchase/sell up to a further 5 days holiday.
