Location: WC2E 9DD Salary: £13.85 per hour, plus tronc in total £17.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience Working Pattern: 40 hours per week – 5 days our of 7, shifts between 09:00am and latest finish 10:30pm (rota basis), flexibility is a must Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the head chef, leading, and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene Responsible for training and development of up to team of 5 team members Foster a positive and efficient working environment, leading by example and motivating the kitchen teams at each site Maintaining high food quality standards Assist with ordering supplies, managing inventory, and controlling stock levels within budget for all three kitchens Help manage budgets and control food costs, ensuring profitability for each area Ideal candidate Junior Sous Chef : Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service Have experience as a Junior Sous Chef equivalent role with a strong culinary background Have strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for food to ensure smooth, efficient service Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen Very well organised and good time-management skills Comes from hi end- restaurant background In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Have willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend What's in it for you?
