Throughout the firm's history, they have operated in an extremely entrepreneurial fashion and have never held the keys to more relationships then they have at present. Anyone who would be moving to this firm would have excellent training.
This firm are seeking a Commercial and Regulatory Lawyer to join their Compliance Team as in-house legal counsel. The successful candidate will provide legal expertise to the firm, with key responsibilities including:
Offering legal advice to the Compliance Team on regulatory matters, including SRA and data protection issues.
Managing and advising on regulatory returns and responses, as well as complaints and claims.
Conducting data protection analysis on suppliers, services, and products.
Maintaining the firm's legal documentation, such as procurement processes, privacy policies, and contract databases.
Strong knowledge of commercial and regulatory law, particularly as it applies to solicitors' practices.
Robust academic qualifications in law.
