As a Senior Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse (PICU), you will:
Take charge of the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse.
Develop, implement, and evaluate holistic care plans for children.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Foster strong relationships with children and their families.
Supervise and assess students, and lead shifts as needed.As a Senior Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse(PICU), you will receive:

NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support.
Post Graduate experience in a PICU setting.
Understanding of Safeguarding issues.
Completion of a PICU Course equivalent to 60 credits.
