This is a flavour-first brand, full of passion and flair looking to take the UK market by storm They are now looking for a highly commercial and dynamic UK Sales Director to lead the way in developing the business’ commercial strategy, including managing and coaching a team of On-trade regionals and Senior NAMs.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you’ll play a vital role in the leadership decisions and help bring the flavour to the UK On & Off Trade
Leading UK commercial team, brand and commercial strategy, working alongside Global Marketing and Commercial Director and Trade Marketing Manager.
Coach and develop current regional and national teams to deliver commercial results.
Implement structure and planning.
8 years of FMCG experience – ideally both SME and Blue Chip.
~ Extensive experience in both On and Off Trade – building and delivering commercial success.
~ This is a hybrid role, with weekly visits to London. You’ll be reporting to the Global Commercial Director who was previously in this role. They’re an awesome brand and a very rare opportunity
