Main responsibilities:
  • PL inbox and distributing Pos to contract support
  • Coding invoices and posting to Sage
  • Reviewing invoice queries and liaising with appropriate teams to resolve
  • Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly payment schedules
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Vehicle postings- congestion, fuel cad, dart tag- liaising with fleet administrator to ensure accuracy
  • Code and process expenses

Global Accounting Network are partnered exclusively with a well respected building services company, to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. The successful candidate will join the company on a permanent basis and gain valuable experience in a stable Purchase Ledger Job.

Required experience/skill set:

  • Experience and knowledge of Evolution / FSI Go
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Confident Decision Maker
  • Very Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to Manage Conflict
  • Financial Knowledge and Understanding of Credits, Accruals, Pro-Rata
