Main responsibilities:- PL inbox and distributing Pos to contract support
- Coding invoices and posting to Sage
- Reviewing invoice queries and liaising with appropriate teams to resolve
- Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
- Preparation of weekly and monthly payment schedules
- Assisting with payment runs
- Vehicle postings- congestion, fuel cad, dart tag- liaising with fleet administrator to ensure accuracy
- Code and process expenses

Required experience/skill set:
- Experience and knowledge of Evolution / FSI Go
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Confident Decision Maker
- Very Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to Manage Conflict
- Financial Knowledge and Understanding of Credits, Accruals, Pro-Rata
