Join a well-established organisation, providing clerical support to advisors and management, and ensuring an excellent customer experience is delivered from start to finish.In the role of the Client Liaison Administrator, you will be:Acting as first point of contact dealing with correspondence and callsOrganising meetings, appointments and manageing diariesPreparing documentation and meeting packs and assisting with preparation of seminars and conferencesUpdating and maintaining client information onto internal CRM systemsOrdering office supplies and maintaining stock levelsAssisting with other general administration and reception tasksTo be considered for the Client Liaison Administrator role you must have:Previous administration and diary management experienceA positive "Can do" attitudeIT skills including all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work loadHigh level of attention to detailThis is a full-time position working 35 hours per week on a permanent basis, starting on an hourly rate of £12.00 plus employee benefits.This role is office based and located in the centre of Colwyn Bay, with a 5 minute walk to the beach front.
