Finance Director - FP&A & EMEA Commercial Functions Finance Director - FP&A & EMEA Commercial Functions
Location: London hybrid
As the Finance Director (FP&A & EMEA Commercial Functions) you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of our EMEA organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial planning & analysis. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
You will play an active role in the respective leadership teams with a very strong link to the Market Finance Directors, the Finance leaders supporting the accelerating functions and the broader finance team.
Partner with the EMEA Chief Go-to-Market Officer to develop and implement financial strategies that support the achievement of business objectives and generate profitable growth.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of finance business partners, and foster a culture of strategic thinking, innovation, and integrity.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making related to commercial initiatives, including product/service enhancements, process improvements, and customer engagement strategies.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing performance, trends, and opportunities within the EMEA region.
Manage the financial planning and budgeting for the EMEA Commercial functions working with the Chief Go-to-Market Officer, SVP Product and Supplier Management, SVP Supply Chain and SVP Value Added Services and Solutions leaders to ensure a robust and realistic plan with risks and opportunities identified.
Lead transformation efforts and change management within areas of responsibility to drive continuous improvement and adapt to market dynamics.
Proven experience in a FD or senior finance business partnering role within a fast-moving large multinational organisation.
Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., One-Stream, PowerBI, Excel, SAP, ) and familiarity with Omnichannel platforms and technologies (CRM, CDP, CDM)
Culturally aware and confident in working within a diverse finance team.
