As a driving force behind Royal Mail’s dynamic forward-thinking Knowledge Management team, you will ensure SLAs are achieved by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues, resolve promptly, and coordinate the management of accurate data for reporting.
Have you got experience in data management and complex reporting? Reporting into the Reporting Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all reporting activity is accurately undertaken in the areas supported by Knowledge Management - namely the international business unit, with suitable controls and reconciliations.
Ensure SLAs are achieved with data suppliers and liaise with suppliers to ensure that issues are identified and resolved promptly.
● Monitor systems and processes, including those provided by GBI and other Technology partners, to ensure data is available to meet deadlines and performance is maintained.
● Develop and deploy agreed process improvements to deliver performance improvement (service, cost and quality).
**To truly excel in this role, you will possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:
● Process management and improvement experience, preferably with the use of Alteryx, VBA, PowerBI or similar.
● Experience reporting against multiple complex data sets, including data manipulation.
● Ability to respond at pace to changing requirements in business performance reporting.
● Financial qualification preferred but not essential.
