**Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the month-end process, providing timely and accurate financial reporting, and supporting the organisation's understanding of financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the month-end process, ensuring all P&Ls, balance sheets, and management information are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop insightful commentary and identify risks and opportunities within financial results for stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in year-end and external audit processes.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls around the management accounts process.
  • Provide weekly reporting and analysis on key financial performance indicators.
  • Offer ad-hoc support and analysis to stakeholders on financial matters.

**Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in management accounts-based roles.
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
