We are on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Head of Global Programs and ABM to join our high-performing team as we embark on the next phase of growth and expansion. In this pivotal role, you will lead us in crafting and executing a robust and growth-oriented go-to-market strategy, while also driving efficiency and effectiveness across marketing and operations functions.

Your key responsibilities as a Head of Global Programs and Account Based Marketing will include:

  • Developing performance marketing strategies for global ABM campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
  • Collaborating between product marketing and demand generation to create global multi-touch campaigns targeting defined account lists for cross-selling and new logo acquisition
  • Managing hand-off of global GTM campaigns to demand generation team for execution
  • Driving marketing pipeline generation across functions, ensuring optimized deliverables and execution
  • Cultivating strong executive relationships and serving as a key resource in marketing pipeline generation
  • Providing guidance to marketing operations, including strategy development, automation, lead management, and data analysis
  • Influencing marketing technology stack to support demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations
  • Analysing performance reporting on demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations initiatives, making data-driven recommendations
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations

To join us as a Head of Global Programs and Account Based Marketing, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • You should demonstrate experience in demand generation, crafting strategies to meet commercial pipeline targets and executing them across various product portfolios
  • You must lead account-based marketing strategies, measuring and refining results to optimize ROI, while collaborating with sales on account segmentation and targeted offerings
  • You should have experience managing marketing operations, generating lead-to-close reporting shared with senior management to showcase marketing's contribution to pipeline and closed-won deals
  • You demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, delivering outcomes with a focus on excellence
  • You must possess strong leadership skills, driving cross-functional initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes
  • You have experience in technology and/or financial services industries, with familiarity in B2B/SaaS FS and technology environments
  • You are proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • You are skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
