Recruitment Consultant / Manager (New Division) MJ Health Ltd are currently recruiting a motivated individual to join us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Head of Division.
MJ Health Ltd currently has two divisions Healthcare (Permanent Recruitment of Nurses and Care Assistants UK wide) and Veterinary (Permanent and Contract / Locum Recruitment of Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Nurses UK wide) and we are now looking for an experienced consultant to come in and Head up / set up a new division of your choice.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an established Recruitment Consultant to come in and lead a new division with the full financial backing and the support of the Directors and team here at MJ Health. Telephone based work
Working hours are typically Monday to Friday 8.30pm but the role is very much targeted so additional input over the weekends and evenings may be needed
Working from home (a couple of office days based in Torquay or Exeter each month may be required)
Company laptop and mobile phone
Extra commission on contract / locum / temp bookings
- Additional bonuses on top of the above structure including quarterly bonus and end of year bonuses
~22 days holiday plus bank holidays
~ Competitive basic salary depending on experience
