About Pathfinder Pathfinder is an early-stage AI venture building the first end-to-end digital companion for families navigating neurodiversity. We combine advanced conversational AI with leading academic and clinical expertise to give parents clear, trustworthy guidance from early concerns through support. We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Lead on a 2–3 days per week contract for an initial 3 months , with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as we scale. Your mission is to build our first 10,000-parent D2C waitlist through affiliates, influencers, smart paid media and grassroots community channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how parents find trusted help — and who can build high-integrity routes at pace.

We care deeply about evidence, clarity and trust — and we balance scientific rigour with creative experimentation. If you enjoy ownership, iteration and building from zero, you’ll thrive here.

Build an affiliate network across SEN charities, parent communities, coaches, bloggers and online groups.
Activate grassroots growth across parent forums, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp chats, Reddit and SEN communities.
Develop Pathfinder’s messaging and produce early assets (copy, simple visuals, landing pages, email flows).
Report weekly on growth performance, CAC and ROI.

Strong partnership-building ability with affiliates or influencers.
Excellent copywriting and confidence creating simple assets.
High-performing messaging and assets across all channels.
Robust affiliate and influencer networks generating cost-effective sign-ups.
Active early parent community informing product and content.
