As Vice President of Engineering, you will lead a high-performing, globally distributed team to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that drive business growth. Talent Strategist, you will build a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top-tier engineering talent while aligning team structures and capabilities with the organization's strategic goals.
Leads iterative and test-driven approaches, minimizing time-to-market while ensuring quality and impact

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive software engineering strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps. Change and Transformation : Lead functional transformations, integrating teams and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation. Global Team Management : Oversee a global engineering organisation of 50+ professionals, including three senior leaders managing core product lines. Build a high-performance culture that promotes trust, transparency, and excellence while embracing diversity and inclusion.
Define and drive the long-term engineering vision, ensuring continuous improvement, scalability, security, and innovation of software products. Champion agile principles and SAFe practices to streamline processes, enhance delivery, and foster collaboration across distributed teams.
Performance Metrics : Establish KPIs to measure and optimise engineering performance. Use data-driven insights to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and drive operational excellence.
Work closely with product management and executive teams to prioritise initiatives, allocate resources, and meet evolving market demands.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks in engineering projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Talent Development : Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent globally. Foster professional growth, a culture of continuous learning, and iterative improvement within the organisation.
Proven Leadership Experience : At least 15 years of experience leading and managing global software engineering teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering exceptional results.
Global Team Management : Extensive experience leading organisational transformations, integrating technologies, and merging teams following acquisitions.
Recent hands-on experience with SAFe implementations and SAFe certification is essential.
Demonstrated success working in private equity-backed companies, effectively navigating resource-constrained environments.
Proven ability to drive the development and delivery of complex, scalable software products.
