Finance Business Partner | International Media Agency | London
Harmonic are delighted to be working with a Global Media Agency, supporting them with their search for a Finance Business Partner. Turning over around £50mill, they have been worldwide leaders in their market 10+ years, with offices spreading across the UK & USA. They are pioneers in integrated communication campaigns, aiming to help clients manage their reputation, improve their visibility and media coverage, delivering global campaigns across multiple platforms.
They are a values driven business who are now looking for an eager Finance Business Partner to join their sociable, collaborative team.
Reporting into an experienced Head of Finance, the role of Finance Business Partner is key to driving the commercial success of the client facing teams. This role will require providing financial and commercial insight to the client facing leadership teams, involving leading on key projects and process improvements which have been identified as integral to the future direction of the department.
You will work alongside Business and Project Leads to ensure projects and retainers are profitable and budgeted appropriately, team resourcing is managed and working capital is minimised. The role offers great progression opportunities, with scope to grow into a Senior Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager role over a 2-3-year period.
Working closely with the Project Leads to ensure timely and accurate delivery of management information.
Attending Team Partner & management meetings to report on revenue and unit performance against contribution and efficiency targets.
Ad-hoc finance duties and projects where required.
Qualified or PQ ACCA / CIMA / ACA
~3+ years' experience of performing a FBP / Commercial Finance Analyst role or similar.
~ MS Excel proficient
~ What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

~ Experience working in PR or Advertising or Marketing or Media
