As we expand our business to Europe and aim for global growth, we are seeking skilled and experienced Account Manager’s to join our EMEA team. The Account Manager will be located in the UK, play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client network, ensuring exceptional customer solutions, and supporting the supply chain in the promotional products field. Develop and manage customer relations for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email, providing prompt and personalized assistance regarding orders, shipping information, and inquiries.
Coordinate the review and approval of proofs with clients, ensuring the seamless progression of sales orders.
Work closely with our Business Development Manager to streamline sales order processing and enhance customer experience.
Provide operational feedback to streamline and enhance the localization of our online channels and align product offerings with the European market.
 
As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with our overseas teams (Australia, USA and China), including the pricing team and other departments. Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the promotional products and branded merchandise field.
Effective resolution of customer disputes to enhance customer experience
Familiarity with CRM sales funnel management
Willingness to travel for trade shows (PSI, Merchandise world etc.) Enhanced annual leave – 22days basic + rising through service.

Sales or account management: Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft and CRM systems
