As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in the development and implementation of our B2B SaaS platform.

We are seeking a Graduate Analyst to provide vital support to our senior solution consultants and the broader analysis and design teams. You will be involved in analysing business opportunities, gathering and documenting requirements, supporting software testing, and managing stakeholder relationships. This role will provide hands-on experience working with our B2B SaaS platform and associated implementations and deployments.

Support Business Analysis Activities: Analyse existing and future business opportunities for Legado and applying our technology solutions effectively.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Run workshops to elicit requirements and understand business needs, documenting these requirements in the form of Agile Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Ensuring requirements are captured and kept-up to date in various analysis artefacts and product backlog.
Stakeholder Management: Manage communication with various project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
Manual Testing Support: Support and collaborate with the test team on test activities to validate software solutions, ensuring they meet documented requirements and quality standards.
Agile Methodology Support: Help manage the product backlog, collaborate with design teams to formulate user stories, and provide support to the development team during the delivery phase.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior solution consultants, technical teams, and external partners to support successful project delivery.
Azure DevOps Environment: Gain hands-on experience working within the Microsoft Azure DevOps environment to support project management and development activities.
Agile Practices: Support the facilitation of daily standups, sprint planning sessions, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and adherence to Agile principles.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with analysis techniques and methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement in team processes and ways of working.

Demonstrated interest in business analysis, with some experience or understanding of project management principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work on multiple projects at the same time and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demonstrates a willingness to step in and support other teams, such as testing, when needed, showing a flexible and team-oriented approach to achieving project goals.

MSc / BSc in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
~ Experience or academic knowledge in IT systems functional analysis, preferably within tech or digital financial services.
~ Experience in engaging and communicating with different project stakeholders.
~ Willingness to support IT teams during testing, delivery, and deployment of software solutions.
~Fluent in English (written and spoken).
