Hold relevant qualifications or training in education or behaviour support (desirable but not essential).
Provide 1-1 support to the Year 2 child, focusing on behaviour management and engagement with learning activities.
Assist the child in developing social skills and positive interactions with peers.
Support the child in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
Communicate regularly with the child's parents and the school's support team to ensure consistent and effective support.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages the child's emotional and academic growth.
