About the Role As a Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our Enterprise Change Portfolio. You will provide high-quality data analysis and actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision making across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about turning data into compelling stories that drive business outcomes. Generating data to feedback into PMO to help make data driven decisions. Producing ad-hoc and thematic data analysis using tools such as Power BI and Excel to support strategic decision making
Maintaining and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure portfolio success
Enhancing data quality by identifying reporting process improvements and supporting data literacy across the team
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure insights are aligned with business priorities
Identify and implement reporting process improvements to enhance the quality of portfolio-level data.
This is a role where your ability to tell a compelling story through data will directly influence how we deliver change across the organisation.
You’ll bring a strong foundation in data analysis and visualisation, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong skills in data visualisation using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau

Salary - up to £40,000 depending on experience
