As Head of Executive & Group Reward, you will report into the Reward Director and will oversee both executive compensation and group-wide reward policies. Your role will involve advising the Remuneration Committee, developing incentive programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance in executive remuneration. You will manage relationships with external consultants, align reward strategies with market trends, and implement group-wide reward frameworks across multiple regions. You will also lead major reward initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, playing a critical role in shaping the company's global reward strategy.
