Working closely with senior leadership, this position plays a key role in ensuring that compensation programs are both competitive and aligned with the company’s broader business objectives.
As Head of Executive & Group Reward, you will report into the Reward Director and will oversee both executive compensation and group-wide reward policies. Your role will involve advising the Remuneration Committee, developing incentive programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance in executive remuneration. You will manage relationships with external consultants, align reward strategies with market trends, and implement group-wide reward frameworks across multiple regions. You will also lead major reward initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, playing a critical role in shaping the company's global reward strategy.
An experienced Reward professional, you will bring significant expertise in executive reward and global compensation, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality outcomes in demanding environments. You will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and executive remuneration structures.
