Job Title: Head of Rewards

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Rewards to lead our Reward team and ensure alignment with our overarching strategic objectives and people strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to leaders across the business and ensuring that our reward frameworks are managed consistently and in accordance with best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reward strategies that align with our business objectives and people strategy
  • Provide expert advice and support to leaders across the business on reward and recognition matters
  • Manage and administer all reward programmes, including annual pay review cycle, benefits enrolment window and incentive programmes
  • Ensure that all reward programmes comply with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with other HR sub-functions to ensure that our offering is aligned to the employee value proposition and supports career growth
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the Reward team
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years technical compensation and benefits experience in a corporate environment, ideally financial services
  • Track record of compiling and presenting data and insights on reward modelling, job architecture and benefits brokering
  • Experience of managing, leading, empowering and motivating teams
  • Excellent data analysis and communications skills
  • Able to influence, negotiate and manage demonstrating credibility and respect
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current industry best practice in Reward Performance
