Job Description: We are seeking a professional and reliable Working Supervisor with hands-on experience in all aspects of shuttering works for concrete pours. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading small teams, managing on-site activities, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all shuttering and formwork activities on-site.
- Lead a small team of operatives, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Ensure all works are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Liaise with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide hands-on support as needed, working alongside the team.
- Maintain and enforce health and safety standards on-site.
- Oversee the quality control of concrete pours and formwork.
- Proven experience in shuttering, formworks, and concrete pours.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
