Your New Position
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and logistics. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment, optimising processes, and meeting organisational goals.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and receipts.
* Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
* Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
* Monitor and improve warehouse layout and space utilisation.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
* Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.
* Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance and productivity.
Requirments for Success:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role.
* Must be able to work 4on 4off morning shift
* Knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
