Contract Type: Permanent

Reporting directly to the Executive HR Director, this exciting and high-profile role offers you the opportunity to take full ownership and lead the recruitment and resourcing strategy at King Edward VII (KEVII) Hospital. In this stand-alone position, you will have the autonomy to shape and drive the recruitment agenda, ensuring it aligns with the Hospital’s objectives and strategic priorities.

As a trusted and influential partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance to create a seamless, values-driven experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.

You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job advertising and candidate sourcing, to shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency at every stage. You will also be proactive in identifying opportunities to refine and improve recruitment processes, making a lasting impact on the Hospital’s talent acquisition efforts and employer brand.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Recruitment Lead with a strong track record in recruitment and resourcing, ideally within a healthcare or similarly complex environment. You will be a natural relationship builder, capable of working with a range of stakeholders across all levels, from senior leadership to hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, self-motivated professional with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices. You will possess excellent communication skills, an innovative mindset, and a strong ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. We are seeking someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional results.
