About Us.

The Recruitment Fix is a specialist recruitment agency that has become a well recognised and trusted name in the manufacturing and engineering recruitment sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced recruiter who is looking for a working environment away from the normal 9-5 and requires excellent earning opportunities whilst also enjoying the flexibility to achieve your desired work / life balance.

About you

  • You have been working within a 360 Recruitment role
  • Ideally have worked in engineering & manufacturing recruitment or have the transferrable skills to succeed in this sector
  • Be confident to establish and grow your own client base
  • You will be accountable for you own performance, however, autonomy and results driven flexibility will be a driving factor for you
  • You will also have a real belief in your proven abilities and potential
  • Be commutable to Rochdale 2 to 3 days per week for when working in the office

  • You will be based at home and in the office as required, and will find the right balance for you to be successful
  • Focusing predominantly on permanent recruitment in specific sectors that you are confident with
  • You will get all the tools and support required to be successful
