Part-time Administrator

Our engineering client is currently looking for a part time administrator.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operating of our office and shopfloor areas.
Answering telephone calls and responding to customer queries promptly
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and processing orders
Filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining accurate data records
Conducting daily checks of the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and well-maintained
Monitoring our electronic sign-in system for visitors and contractors
Data entry and typing tasks
Managing vending machines, handling issues, and administering refunds
Issuing and monitoring stock of workwear
General office administration as neededPerson Specification:
Previous administration experience would be desirable
Part-time: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (can be spread across 5 days, or condensed into 4 days if preferred)
