This is a challenging school setting for boys that have a range of trauma and mental health based needs. For the right person, who has a genuine motivation to work with vulnerable young people and those at risk of offedning, this role is ideal. The career prpgression routes are to roles such as probation officer, youth offending teams and youth counsellors.

Specialist schools for students with social emotional needs and Autism aged 9-16 years old

**SEMH, ADHD, Asperger's, OCD, Dyslexia and a focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges

**Practical, creative and vocational subjects, what sparks joy for the students and will help them positively contribute to society

**MAPA and ABA Training provided

**£85+ per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, 8.This is a Learning Support Assistant role that will put you into challenging situations that will build your foundations of experience. This is a specialist school where empathy and pragmatism are key. You will play a vital role in helping to raise attainment with are between the students, who all have Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) SEMH needs and associated learning difficulties.

Behaviour is only one aspect of this role, it is imperative that you have the academic skill to be able to raise academic attainment across a number of areas. The school offers a mix of vocational subjects such as computing, hairdressing, PE and the performative arts as well as a core base of maths and English.
