About the Role

Reporting into PHD’s Media Experience Business Director, the Media Experience Director is responsible for all Paid Social and Programmatic planning and activation across their client remit. They will deliver best in class thinking and output for their clients and will support the Media Experience Business Director to set expectations across the team, defining brilliant BAU and work closely with media and technology providers to ensure best practices are adhered to and a continued strive towards excellence.

We’re looking for someone who has proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Social & Programmatic with a focus on driving commercial results and ROI for clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing and coordinating highly motivated and efficient teams as well as demonstrable experience in managing well-informed, knowledgeable and highly driven clients.

About You

The person we’re looking for will be a key figure in fostering interest and excitement for social opportunities within the agency. You’ll continuously look for opportunities to drive commercial growth for the agency and the Media Experience team through cross sell and upsell opportunities and by also playing a key role in driving new business with involvement and attendance at agency pitches.

Work closely with wider channel leads and activation teams within Media Experience to develop processes and tactics to integrate Paid Social into the wider media mix including Search, Programmatic, AV, Ad Operations, Analytics, Partnerships and ATL.

Build trust and take ownership of client relationships at senior levels; ensuring activation performance and business performance targets are dually met.

Support in developing the relationship with media partners such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and Snap to drive alpha/beta product agency selection and team adoption.

Develop strong partnership-based relationships with media partners; continuously looking for ways PHD can leverage media owners to further agency growth and promotion.
