W Talent are currently supporting a boutique consultancy to recruit a PMO Lead for a Defence/Manufacturing client. The client are seeking an individual to lead the PMO for a programme of work.
This individual will be taking 20-25 projects and interview the Project Managers with different methodologies to come up with a master delivery schedule. The organisation are a global business so multi-national exposure with clients is desired. Defence/Manufacturing experience is a must for this individual.
The PMO Lead will be building a cohesive PMO and accompanying processes.
The individual must possess strong charisma and presence who will be able to lead a complex matrix team through this change. Project Management certifications are desired for the suitable PMO Lead.
Contract extension is likely with the role being 2 days per week in Cambridge.
