Aligning our three disciplines and our strategically located service centres offers a total turnkey solution to clients countrywide and ensures we are the number one engineering company of choice. We have a current requirement for a Hire controller to join our procurement team based in Glasgow on a hybrid working basis. You will work with existing and new suppliers to continually develop and improve supply chain flexibility and performance whilst adhering to client regulations.
Deliver all performance targets for core hire suppliers
Support senior buyers in maintaining supplier development plans including performance targets
Increase core competency rating as per training matrix
Assume end to end hire responsibility to meet and exceed customer expectations focusing on quality, delivery on-time and ensuring value for money giving WGM the competitive edge.
