The group employs over 1,300 people with 16 sales and customer services sites across the UK and Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland, plus Europa’s own teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, China, India, the UAE and South Africa.

In this role, you will play a key role in managing services to and from our partners across Europe, acting as the primary point of contact for all associated overseas partners.
You will be responsible for the smooth, efficient coordination of Europe controlled business generated by our internal commercial branches, as well as business managed by our international partners. No experience? Excellent salary package £25,000 per annum
Flexible Hybrid Working: 3 days on site and 2 days from home, this will be 4 week rolling rota, your days on site will change each week.

Act as first point of contact for Europa branch network and overseas partners, escalating issues as required
Controlling the arrival of cargo into the hub ensuring the freight is available to be delivered on time.
Arranging deliveries with customers (external and internal) and partners to agreed SLA
Research and understand financials of the service to find more profitable means to operate and making the optimum commercial decisions to reduce real cost
Planning of groupage departures

Excellent at building relationships with internal and external customers.
