detail-oriented HR & On-boarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The HR & On-
day-to-day HR activities across our Global People function. Responsible for all the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including paperwork and introductions to company policies.
Support in any employee immigration processes as directed by the team.
Supporting contracts, offers of employment and employee changes, such as probation period confirmation, salary changes, promotions, transfers, and termination, as directed.
Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR.
Collaborate with the HR team to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties falling under the remit of an HR & Onboarding Specialist,

Proven experience as an HR officer or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of business visa applications
An interest in or knowledge in commodities, energy, or financial markets.
