Full Job Description Employee Experience Design Manager - FTCnOur client in the publicsector are looking for an Employee Experience Design Manager to jointheir teams on a 15-month fixed term contract. You will be expected tolead the design, definition and delivery of employee experiences andimprove employee engagement.nKey Responsibilities:nBuilding andmaintaining stakeholder relationships across the business andunderstanding the impact of employee value proposition and employeeexperiencesnWork with HR to activate the transformation employeeexperience with a specific focus on design and deliverynManage andupdate employee life cycle diagnosticsnMonitor and analyse employeefeedback data to continuously improve employee experience and whenassessing experience improvement back-lognDeliver ongoing artefactsand ensure they are aligned to the brandnEssentialExperience:nUser-centred design experience - creating and iteratingexperiences and co-designingnStakeholder relationships - buildingpositive and productive relationships around common goals and creatingcompelling storytelling as an engagement tool to influencestakeholdersnProblem solvingnCritical thinking - experience leadingthe design and implementation of EVPnAgency collaboration andmanagementnProject deliverynThe Role:
