Position : Sales and Marketing Assistant

Location : Guildford

About the Role : As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will be the friendly face and the guiding hand for our diverse community of students. From managing enquiries to facilitating smooth transitions for new tenants, your role will be pivotal in shaping the positive experiences of our residents. Your duties will include:

  • Managing all enquiries via email, face-to-face interactions, online chat, and calls with knowledge, courtesy, and inclusivity.
  • Providing warm and friendly welcomes to all visitors, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
  • Conducting student tours and showcasing available rooms with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Processing new applications and assisting with tenancy agreements, ensuring all necessary documents and identification are in order.
  • Keeping our booking system updated and accurate.
  • Collaborating closely with our sales teams to ensure efficient sales administration.
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Representing CRM Students at university fairs and networking events to promote our accommodation.
  • Staying informed about price changes and special offers, and effectively communicating them to potential and current tenants.
  • Assisting with the communication and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Building strong rapport with our tenants and being a point of contact for their needs and concerns.
  • Monitoring competitors and analysing market performance to contribute to our ongoing improvement.
