Our client is a company that specialises in complete drainage services to corporate clients managing domestic and commercial drainage failures. The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients’ needs whether it be a simple blockage, a drain collapse or a burst water pipe.
You will predominantly be site-based undertaking all drainage jobs whilst ensuring, where possible, that work is completed on the first visit. Our client are looking for an experienced drainage engineer with a variety of qualifications such as street works, CSCS, High Pressure water jetting etc. Duties will include delivering a high-quality service to our commercial and domestic customers. It is fundamental that applicants have a positive "can do" attitude and a flexible approach to hard work and travel.
Basic knowledge of groundworks, drain repairs and reinstatements
CCTV Camera survey of drains, record defects and recommend necessary repairs
High Pressure Water Jetting - to resolve blockage issues
Good basic plumbing skills (installation and removal
Complete paperwork and send it back to the office electronically using the company mobile phone
Candidates will have a background and experience working in the drainage sector
Experience in domestic and commercial properties (e.g. office blocks, gym’s, restaurants)
Preferably have a CSCS card, High Pressure Water Jetting, Confined Spaces
Successful applicants will be subject to a criminal record and DVLA check
The company are willing to pay a competitive starting salary of up to £36,000 per annum plus call-out and the opportunity to train with and develop your career with one of the region’s premium drainage specialists. A take home company vehicle will be supplied, and commission and overtime rates will also be paid
