Base pay range

We are looking for a looking for a Facilities Assistant to join a brilliant team in Mayfair, London. You will be working for a successful business that operates globally and are leaders in their field. Boden Group have worked with this client on assignments in the past and they are a pleasure to deal with.

In this role, you will work as part of the facilities team, supporting the facilities manager to ensure the highest standard of service is being offered to clients, visitors and staff.

We are looking for someone who is either new to facilities or has already had some exposure and is looking to progress.

What will you be doing?

  • Filing, scanning, printing, photocopying, typing, laminating and document binding as requested.
  • Forst point of contact for staff
  • Support with safety walk arounds and fire drills
  • Show contractors around the site as and when needed
  • Monitor the helpdesk and support inbox
  • Packaging and sending off post.
  • Check invoicing and payment for facilities department.
  • Assist with company events
  • Assist with office moves and redesign

  • Highly organised
  • Flexible and friendly approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Driving licence would be beneficial.
