We are looking for an analytical and organised individual to join the team, as a Workforce Planning Analyst. This is a key role for the business and this person will act as the organisational backbone of our salons.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Workforce Planning Analyst will maximise daily efficiency and profitability across Townhouse salons through strong, analytical observation of the rotas and schedules. They will also be closely managing and overseeing appointment schedules to ensure optimal booking times to achieve highest possible revenue per salon per day.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Work closely with Regional and Area Managers to oversee rotas and schedules, proposing amendments for optimisation and necessary rota adjustments.
  • Identify trends in booking behaviours, changes in demand by location, and training/upskilling opportunities.
  • Propose necessary actions to other departments.
  • Maintain high standards to ensure continuous achievement of weekly and monthly targets.
  • Provide support to further drive the development of the department as a whole.
  • Ensure resources are distributed optimally to achieve the highest profit possible.
  • Maintain and optimise salon schedules by identifying the best possible time slots considering peak trading hours, nail artist capabilities, treatment duration, and customer demands.
  • Prepare schedules ahead of time to ensure smooth daily salon operations.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
  • A passion for the salon industry and a desire to drive business success.

LOCATION:

Our office is based in Central London and we offer a discretionary hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
