PR Account Manager

Are you an organised, personable, and creative individual with a knack for writing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our vibrant PR agency is looking for an experienced PR Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As a PR Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, crafting compelling stories and engaging with the media. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Writing : Drafting and distributing press releases and expert articles.
  • Media Relations : Building and maintaining relationships with media, managing sell-ins, and liaising with journalists.
  • Strategic Planning : Assisting in the delivery of strategies and campaigns, and bringing fresh ideas to enhance our work.
  • Team Leadership : Delegating tasks to junior team members and supporting their professional growth.
  • Digital Communications : Turning press assets into content for web and social media.
  • Event Coordination : Organising media competitions, press stays, and briefings.
  • Reporting : Preparing weekly and monthly reports to showcase our hard work and results.

  • Excellent Writing Skills : A must-have for this role, as writing is central to everything we do.
  • Sector Interest : A curiosity about our core sectors, particularly hospitality and care, is beneficial.
  • Creativity : A creative thinker with a passion for PR stunts and innovative ideas.
  • Professionalism : While we enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, a polished appearance and good presentation skills are essential.

  • Calm Under Pressure : The ability to maintain composure and meet tight deadlines is crucial.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Salary : Starting at £27,000 per annum.
  • Working Arrangements : Hybrid working model with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the office, and Thursday and Friday working from home.
