We are seeking an experienced Integration & API Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and system interfaces across various software platforms, applications, and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • API Development: Develop, test, implement, and maintain APIs and web services to ensure seamless integration between diverse platforms.
  • Integration Lead: Lead the development and implementation of Record Management System interfaces, integration's, and extracts using both cloud and on-premise tools.
  • System Integration: Implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions for Record Management Systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integration's and data flow.
  • Integration Management: Ensure all integrations are highly available, fault-tolerant, and performing as expected.
  • Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for all integrations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, software developers, database administrators, business analysts, and external vendors, to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate integration strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for API-related issues and provide knowledge transfer to other staff.
  • Security: Ensure all APIs and integrations adhere to security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • API Development Experience: Experience in API development, systems integration, and middleware development.
  • Integration Tools: Proficiency with integration tools and platforms.
  • Web Services: Strong experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Programming Language: Extensive knowledge of C# as a programming language.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
