Job Title: Sales Territory Manager – Scotland and Ireland General Dental Practices (High Street Team) Role Overview: As a DMG Territory Manager, you'll be a highly trained dental sales expert, working with dental practices and laboratories to showcase the transformative benefits of DMG products. From day one, you'll lead with autonomy, driving business strategy in your territory, and attend local dental meetings and exhibitions. Location: Scotland and Ireland Position Type: Remote, five days a week In this role, you will: • Be a DMG Ambassador: Lead with integrity and professionalism in every interaction. We only do business the right way. • Challenge the Status Quo: Think differently and try new things to drive innovation. • Grow the Business: Manage the North East and Scotland region, onboard new high-potential accounts, and collaborate with trusted dental distribution partners. • Use Insights: Employ a consultative selling approach to bring fresh perspectives to customers and partners. • Execute Territory Plans: Understand the potential in each account, consistently meet and exceed sales targets, and manage administrative and CRM responsibilities. • Optimise Efficiency: Ensure efficient use of time and company assets to drive the most effective ways of working. • Achieve KPIs: Deliver individual KPIs and contribute to total UK sales objectives. • Educate and Engage: Deliver best-in-class educational sessions through various channels: face-to-face, remote, lunch & learns, larger forums, and social media engagement. • Stay Informed: Provide continuous updates and insights on industry developments, including competitor intelligence. • Support Events: Represent DMG at exhibitions, events, and PR initiatives to drive business goals. In this role, you'll need: • Analytical and Business Planning Skills: Own and plan activities in your territory. • Passion for High Performance: Thrive in a high-performance team and drive change. • Adaptability: Be open to new ideas and ways of doing business. • Engagement Skills: Reinforce commercial and patient benefits to key decision-makers. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive connections with KOL's, customers and distribution partners. • Negotiation Skills: Close large sales opportunities with persuasive communication. • Problem-Solving Skills: Tackle complex problems with a positive attitude in a competitive environment. • Data Analysis Skills: Analyse point-of-sale and market share data to optimize time and resources. You must have: • Excellent Communication Skills: Facilitate in front of various audience sizes, both face-to-face and remotely. • Full UK Driving Licence • Right to Work in the UK • 3+ Years of UK Dental Sales Experience • Partnership Building Skills: Develop quality partnerships with distribution sales representatives.
