Job Description

I have partnered with one of the largest consultancies in the UK to make a Director level hire in their Property Management team.

The Property Management department has just come of the back of a hugely successful 2023 reporting the highest bonuses in the industry.

Despite the industry going through a turbulent few years the Property Management department has remained robust and highly profitable.

This position is specifically within their London Office Portfolio Management team.

They have recently won several high-profile Central London instructions solidifying their reputation as the dominant force in the London Office Market.

You will take a lead of three long term clients (funds) with an opportunity to build on already successful relationships. The portfolios comprise of Central London offices mostly in the City but also located in the West End.

This is a suitable position for an ambitious Associate Director looking to step up into a Director level position or recently promoted Director in search of a new challenge.

My client offers a flexible working policy, three days in the office two days at home. 8% pension contribution and a phenomenal bonus offering, which has been consistently high over recent years.
